Learning to Float in the River of Grace

I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly. “Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. Jesus invitation to learning to “float in the River of Grace”: “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Matthew 11:28-30

Come and let us gather and worship. A day that the LORD has made and let us rejoice and be glad! What a wonderful time in the River this past week – people coming to the Lord and being baptized is always such a blessing. Remember that everyone renews their vows to be a disciple and to follow and live a Spirit Filled Life. And part of our spirit-filled-life, is to walk with the new believers, pray with them and help them become a strong follower of Jesus Christ our Savior. Thank you all in advance for the way you will help nurture these new believers!

Church in the Park last week was a wonderful success! 175-200 in attendance and 24 baptized in the White River, followed by a bountiful Picnic Potluck and awesome fellowship with our fellow believers in the community!
